Virtual Agent Not Translating Language from English

Hey everyone,

 

So the virtual agent has a setup called "Report a Issue!" However, it doesn't translate any other languages. Everything just comes up in English which is an issue as we are a world wide company with many customers using different languages.

 

When I looked up the translating I notice everything says partial because we have all the right plugins on there. In fact, everything else works fine in ServiceNow for setting up their lanague, but not this when trying to report an issue on Teams.

Based on your screenshots, it looks like you are using the Localization Framework (either as specific tasks, or directly in the NLU designer) to translate those topics, because "partial" implies that not every string identified has been translated and therefore not published.

 

Once the translations are performed and published, then they will be used based upon the end-user's language preference,
