Getting the AD Sid in user table as above, similar kind of values just with difference of one caps and small letter.

Query : Did you cross check with org AD team about these SID pattern, and they are matching in AD and ServiceNow.

Yes Sir, they are matching in AD and Servicenow, but the value we are getting should not look like this, as there is hardly any difference between them.
