CSA certification material

Folks:

I am almost done with this course,ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand, and I am wondering if this course alone is enough to pass the exam.

I have used mock tests before for other certifications (Salesforce) and found to be a miss or hit regarding how updated is the content.
I have no experience with ServiceNow and only started to learn it on the NextGen program on January 29, 2024.

Any recomendations for realiable content (free or paid) to learn, as well as trustworthy mock tests, will be greatly appreciated.

Greetings!!

I will not say NO, nor Yes. this course will provide you basic understanding but do clear the exam:

- Please go through training line by line and word by word at least 2-3 times.

- Do all labs 3-4 times, not only do lab, but also read the instructions how to do lab.

- Follow the ebook, at least 2-3 times.

- You can check some Udemy /examtopics.com course ( as heard from others it is good to practice)

Hi @Carlos Siqueira

You should be covered if you have completed the course holistically and ofcourse if you have experience working with Servicenow in practice.

You can try few mock tests on udemy or quizlet but responses are mostly incorrect so validate before you proceed.
