Hello friends,
Recently passed Servicenow Certified System administrator Exam. I confused on which path or course to study further.
Want to stay in administration line. Please suggest me what course to delve into to equip me better and get a job.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @SarubalaC
Being a ServiceNow trainer, I’m happy to share my thoughts.
The next path depends on your interests. If you're more inclined towards coding, you can opt for the development path, like CAD training. But if you feel coding isn't your domain (like me), you can pick up the Business Analyst or Change Implementation path in Now Learning. However, I’d suggest starting with ITSM first. It’s a fundamental area, and then you can branch out to areas like RC, HRSD, or CSM.
Also, since you've completed CSA, you should start responding to community questions as well. I'm trying to spend time in the community, seeing what members are asking and what others are replying. This will give you real-time examples to learn from, not just forward-looking knowledge.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @SarubalaC . You can try to check the ServiceNow Administrator Advanced. I believe it might make sense for you since you already are CSA. As they refer in the "Who Should Attend" section: "This course is designed for ServiceNow System Administrators who are wanting to take their skills to the next level and learn advanced platform administration techniques." Here is the link: ServiceNow Administration Advanced - Now Learning. Keep up with the motivation!
