Hi All
I'm trying (without success) to create a timeline page with incidents as the main item and the state change metric as sub items.
Unfortunately the sub items require a reference field to the parent record, which is not present in the metric instance.
I have tried from the incident_metric database view with no real joy.
We're looking for a way to 'report' on incidents showing the time spent in each state
