Hi,
I have attribute mapping rules set in CFSP for mapping characteristic values from CFSP to RFSP. Mapping rules work as expected when I place a new service order however when I revise order line, modify characteristic values ( which are set as a 'Source Characteristic' as per attribute mapping) and approve the revised order, attribute mapping rules do not re-trigger and Characteristics whose values are derived from an attribute mapping rules remain the same (when order was newly created). Is this how it's expected to work?

Hi,
I'm encountering an issue related to the one described in the previous post.
I've set up attribute mapping rules to pass characteristic values from CFS to RFS. The mapping works as expected for both new "provide" and "change/modify" journeys, as long as the characteristic has a value. However, when I update a characteristic's value from a non-empty string to an empty string, the change is only reflected in the CFS. The empty string does not propagate to the RFS, and the previous value remains.
Is this expected behavior? And if so, is there a recommended approach to ensure empty values are correctly propagated to the RFS?
