Converting nonTMF/custom JSON payload into TMF-642 format

Hello,

We will be receiving a nonTMF/custom JSON payload from external system(s) that we need to convert to TMF format(in our case TMF642 format) . What's the best way to attain this? As i am new to Servicenow so could you please suggest or help me how i can proceed with Step by Step?

Why do you want to do that? I cannot find any sense in that. So please describe the underlying business requirement,

i am using Alarm Management plugin and while sending the custom JSON it is not creating an event in em_event table..so if we modify the json in TMF 642 format it will create an event and alert as well in the respective tables
