Dot walking in platform analytics

Hi

I'm having issues with dot walking in platform analytics for "List - Simple".

My issue when adding these fixed filters for table X:

Configuration Item.Life Cycle Stage is Operational

Configuration Item.Life Cycle Stage Status is In Use

These will change to is (empty) thus resulting in 0 results.

I have only encountered this issue in platform analytics fixed filter and also performance analytics as conditions on auto indicators. I solved it in performance analytics by adding the conditions to the indicator source.

Is there a workaround for platform analytics or is this a known bug that will be fixed?

I wrong condition applied. It works now with:

Configuration Item.Life Cycle Stage.Name = Operational.

Configuration item.Life Cycle Stage Status.Name = In Use.

I solved the dot walking by doing the following:

When dot walking:

Configuration Item.Life Cycle Stage.Name = Operational.

Configuration item.Life Cycle Stage Status.Name = In Use.

Since there is an extra layer to life cycle it won't work unless you select name etc.

The issue I have now is that the filter won't take any effect. It won't filter when selecting values from life cycle in platform analytics.

I wrong condition applied. It works now with:

Configuration Item.Life Cycle Stage.Name = Operational.

Configuration item.Life Cycle Stage Status.Name = In Use.

I've noticed that this still doesn't work when attempting to add the Life Cycle Stage or Life Cycle Stage Status as a filter to a dashboard. Have you been successful with that use case? The lowest level doesnt appear when attempting to drill down to get "Name".

It worked when I added 2 new columns to the simple list I was working on in the dashboard.
