Need Info on API - api/sn_ind_tmt_orm/serviceorder

Hello Team,

I am using above API to create orders. This API is present on preprod but not on Prod.

We have already order management plugin installed.

Preprod Plugin

 Order Management installed version 11.0.0  

Prod Plugin

installed version is 6.0.3

Can anyone please let me know what we are missing here.

Anyone is having any knowledge whether this API is still present or deprecated.

Hi @komalsalunke - This is mostly because of the Prod Application version being very very old.
If there is no specific reason for not upgrading the app in Prod, my first recommendation will be to get it to the latest version. There will be many features and capabilities missing in 6.0.3 for sure.

Though the service order api name says its Deprecated, its still valid and working.

It happened post Wanshington DC release greater than 6.0 version. So please upgrade your OMT plugin.
