Implementation regarding the assignment request for the necessary personnel to advance the Opportuni

As we progress with an opportunity, there will likely be cases where we'll need support from product managers or SEs for proposal preparation. In such situations, I’d like to know which features in ServiceNow can be used to request support and manage personnel assignments and resources. If you have any implementation ideas for assigning and managing the people involved until the deal is closed, please share them.

I'm not sure if managing human resources with Resource Management is standard usage.
