Multiple CPQ issues: Blueprint not created, CPQ Admin UI not loading, Sync errors

Hello Community,

I am looking for advice regarding an issue where CPQ Blueprint creation does not complete on our instance.

Even though the required role sn_prd_pm_product_catalog_admin was already assigned, the following behavior continues:

  1. Blueprint creation does not finish
    After selecting “Create Configuration,” no Blueprint is generated and the process stays incomplete.

  2. CPQ Administration page does not load
    Navigating to Product Catalog Management > Offerings > CPQ Administration results in a blank or partially rendered page.

  3. Errors appear in CPQ Sync History
    The table sn_cpq_intg_product_offering_sync_history shows errors such as:

    • JavaScriptException

    • Invalid response format from API

    • Errors in CPQ Product Offer Sync handling

I would appreciate your insights on the following:

Q1. Is incomplete Blueprint creation a known CPQ issue or something related to a specific patch?

Q2. Do the UI loading failure and repeated sync errors usually come from misconfiguration, licensing issues, API problems, or defects in CPQ components?

Q3. Are there recommended methods to capture more detailed logs or API responses to help with debugging?
