What is the significance of 'Mandatory' field in Specification Relationship.
Use case I can think of is that a particular RFS is mandatory when requesting a CFS. In such case order should be created for RFS as well.
But how does it work in combination with Decomposition Rule ? If we mark a specification relationship as 'Mandatory' and also define a decomposition rule with specific condition then my understanding is that order will not be created for RFS unless the decomposition condition is met. But in this case the marking the RFS as 'Mandatory' does not make sense.
Is it safe to say that a relationship will not be Mandatory if decomposition rules are defined for it.
