I have one requirement to onboard the user to preprod when it is onboarded in Prod.
We want to automate this as catalog driven.
Can you suggest the best practice to do that
we are doing below action
1) creating user in ServiceNow
2) Creating user account in OKTA
3) After approval adding user to persona
4) Adding user to okta groups
5) Adding user to ServiceNow groups
