I am facing an issue in Sales and Order Management while creating quote line items.
Steps followed:
1. Navigate to Quotes module
2. Redirected to the Catalog tab
3. Select a product offering/catalog item
4. Fill all mandatory characteristics
5. Click on Add / Customize (order action)
Issue:
After clicking Add/Customize, the system throws the error:
"Quote line items could not be created"
Additional observations:
- Instance is domain separated
- Error logs show failures from OpenStateConfigInstanceUtil
- Error message seen in logs:
TypeError: Cannot read property 'node_path' from undefined
- Source observed: sn_prd_pm
Has anyone faced a similar issue related to:
- domain separation,
- product specification/characteristic configuration,
- product offering hierarchy,
- or SOM quote line creation?
Any suggestions or resolution pointers would be very helpful.
Thanks!

You need to provide more information. Just an error message doesn't tell us what you are doing, from what module(s), any customization, etd.
What troubleshooting did you already do?
