SMS Alerts from Servicenow

Hello Team,

We are looking for the process where user will receive the SMS alerts from servicenow when cases are opened/closed, can someone please provide me with the steps to implement the same.

Description

ServiceNow supports standard Email, SMS, and Push notifications. SMS notifications can be sent via either Notify or Email Notification.

Notify is another independent topic as it requires integration with the 3rd-party Twilio software and specific workflows to send out SMS notifications.

This article only focuses on how to configure and troubleshoot SMS Notifications based on standard email configurations in ServiceNow.
