@Erik Nelson They were not added automatically on instance upgrade, at least not on my internal demo instance, so I believe you'll have to create them yourselves.

When looking at the Docs properties page, the location is given as "Location: Add to the System Properties [sys_properties] table", in contrast to other properties specified as "Location: System Properties [sys_properties] table", supporting the assumption they don't exist baseline, but can be added on demand.
