Hi!

I have successfully completed the CSA exam by Japanese Language. 

I want to change my exam language to English on [Certification Exam Language]  

after that my certification will be still OK?  

Do I need to change my Webassessor Japanese account to English account?

I doubt  you can make any changes as exam has been done. You can give try by changing the language in web assessor or  log a case to SN for support.

Thank you for replying.

I already got CSA by Japanese Webassessor account, but I want to get next certification CAD by using English Webassessor account.

so , I would like to know if I change my exam Language to English my CSA certification will be still in my ServiceNow account? 

When I take next exam , the exam language will be English?

I am not sure about this. I request you please check with Web assessor support team & log SN case for certification part.
