Hello,
I am planning to take the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam online through Pearson VUE.
I currently have:
• PAN Card
• Voter ID
• Aadhaar Card
Could you please confirm which ID is accepted for identity verification during the online exam check-in?
Thank you.

Hello @shivaniindu ,
For the ServiceNow CSA exam taken online through Pearson VUE, you need to show one valid government-issued photo ID during the check-in process.
From the IDs you mentioned:
Aadhaar Card – Accepted (best option if it’s the original PVC card with your photo).
Voter ID – Usually accepted if it is valid and has your photo and name clearly visible.
PAN Card – Generally not recommended, as Pearson VUE may not accept it for online identity verification.
So the safest choice would be to use your Aadhaar card, and keep the Voter ID as a backup if needed.
Also make sure the name on your ID exactly matches the name used when you registered for the exam, otherwise the proctor may not allow you to start the test.
FYI- As @Dr Atul G- LNG sir already mentioned the same..
If this address your question, please don't forget to mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.
You may mark this helpful as well if it helps you.
