I was elevated into Security admin and
 

I want all incident fields need to be read only for admin

Why my acl was not working 

not applying on incident Table

Hi Phani,

Try unchecking "Admin Overrides" field and try again.

Alternatively, please check other ACLs which maybe providing edit access to the Incidents.

Hi @Phani Pasupulet ,

 

Basically I would think that you have more ACLs that interferes with the one you have created. Please go through the different ACLs for the incident table for investigation purpose.

Hi @Phani Pasupulet 

 

Incident is very common table and there are many ACLs mapped on same. In this case try to check the ACL's 1 by 1 and may be it is something getting inherited from task table as well. Give a try please.
