Application development fundamental course

Hi All, 

I am facing issues on navigating my on demand course:application development fundamentals. 

I have purchased and completed 70% of course but when I navigate now it is not showing up may be servicenow has removed the course, 

Does any way to get refund or transfer the enrollment to new on demand course. 

Please if anyone faced same issue let me know.

@svani Looks like you initially enrolled for the Application Development Fundamentals course during the Utah release and later on the course got replaced with the one applicable for Vancouver release.

Here is the release schedule from ServiceNow https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/credentials/training-and-certification-release-dates?id=kb....

NowLearning support will probably ask you to enroll with the new course, still there is no harm in raising a now learning support case with them.

Thanks for the information, so i have paid for on demand course then servicenow will not refund that, because my company will not pay I have done it for myself so.

@svani I am assuming that you will not have to pay for the upgraded course again. Please visit this URL https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/now-platform/application-development-fundamentals-on-deman... and after login see if you can enroll for the course directly without paying any additional fee.
