📣As a Servicenow User, please note, all ServiceNow exams will be shifting from Webassessor to Pearson VUE starting November 18, 2025.

This is a significant shift in ServiceNow exam policy as it will enhance global accessibility, expand the number of test centers, and enhance online supervision.

If your target date for the exam is before transition, claim a Webassessor exam voucher and book your exam before October 31, 2025. There’s a break in the schedule from November 1-17 for migration purposes.

Everything exam-related is expected to be transferred to Pearson VUE from Webassessor. All of these ServiceNow changes will enhance the ServiceNow exam experience.

i don't see my past exam results or the exams i scheduled already. today is Nov 18th 11 am . i want to take my exam before 28th. do i have to wait longer?

All previous bookings are void. You need to start the exam book process again.
