Hello Community,
I am trying to get myself start with SysAdmin training, but it's proving difficult.
On the very first assessment task 1, it asks:
Task Instructions:
1. Impersonate 'Platform User'.
2. Set your instance preferences to show date and time formats on forms.
3. Set your instance preferences to show help tips on forms.
I have performed each tasks via instance, and when I press Validate, it always gives me 'Failed' result.

Try to save it from the platfrom User role itself and try to validate once. if not working, try with another platfrom user.

Hi Matheus,
Thanks for the screenshots; I think I see the issue! It looks like you're impersonating Abel Tuter when you should be impersonating a user whose name is 'Platform User'. See below:
Please let me know if this solves the problem.

I have the same issue: actually impersonating "Platform USer" , and unable to validate the "Set your instance preferences to show date and time formats on forms" task.

My mistake! I was desperately togglyng the date format setting in the Display section.
