Hi! I'm signed up for an online proctored exam tomorrow afternoon. Received an authomatic e-mail according to the below:
"New Schedule:
Date: 04/14/2022
Time: 16:00
Authorization Code:
Location:
You must bring your photo ID and Authorization Code for the Proctor to launch your exam. "
Does anyone know which Authorization code is referred to? Is it the same used for the voucher payment, or some other code, and where can it be found?
Best regards
Tanja

Hi there,
Never noticed that before. Though from experience I can mention: For online exams there's no such thing asked/needed. You just login to the system, wait for 10/15/20 minutes for a proctor, do all the system/environment checks, have your ID checked, and gogogo!
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,
Mark

Hello Tanja,
You do not need an authorization code for online proctored exams. An authorization code is only needed when taking the exam at a test center.
Please review the Certification Candidate Journey Guide and Understand Online Proctored Requirements so you are aware of test day expectations when taking an online proctored exam.

Hi,
thanks for your input. Then I guess it's just the autoreply from ServiceNow that was faulty, thanks for quick response!
