Certified System Administartor Exam

Could someone please explain if when enrolled in the System Administrator Career path you are ready to sit the CSA exam after completing the 'Associate System Administrator - ServiceNow Administration Fundermentals/CSA' course?

Is the CSA exam for applicable for students who have only completed the 'Associate System Administrators' level or are you expected to have completed the 'Professional System Administrator' and the 'Expert System Administrator' levels before taking the exam?

Yes, after completing the Fundamentals course, you should receive voucher, the professional and other courses are for professional certifications. You can just go by CSA with fundamentals.

The criteria to be eligible for giving ServiceNow administration exam is to complete the

ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand or instructor lead course from now learning.
