 I have successfully achieved the Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, but it is not showing up under my achievements in ServiceNow Learning. Please assist in updating my profile accordingly.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

I have cross-checked the path you shared, and I can confirm that I followed it correctly. I have verified multiple times that my ServiceNow account is properly linked with my Webassessor account, and I registered using the same email ID.

However, my certification is still not reflecting and is showing as Expired. I raised a case regarding this issue on Now Learning four days ago, but I have not received any response yet.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide an update on the status of my certification.
