Change the email associated with my Now Learning account

I'm leaving my current company at the end of the week and searching for a new job. My Now Learning account is associated with my current company email, so I need to switch it over to a personal email until I find a new job. I opened a support case on Now Learning 11 days ago asking them for help with this, but no one has replied to it.

Yes it just redirects me to my profile page with no option to change my email address

Please update your webassessor email and update it in your now learning portal that helps you retain your certifications, even if you are unable to change your email.

I can't update my email in Now Learning but I could update it in Webassessor and since today is my last day I guess that will have to do. Thanks for your help!
