Dear All,
I have been trying to get into ServiceNow since 2017 but It was difficult to even enter as an entry-level candidate as everyone is asking for prior experience. I don't understand the expectation of experience in a product when the companies are not training the resources and expect everyone to have prior experience.
Although I completed SNAF last year since then it is been updated to a new version. I am a GRC domain expert and I have been trying to get into SN for a while now. I have experience in other GRC tools but please help me how I can get into SN.
Is there a path or opportunity to start fresh?

Hi @subashravivarma ,
Based on you prior experience and based on that you would like to work with ServiceNow, you should defiantly take the training: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/governance-risk-and-compliance/grc-integrated-risk-managem... together with https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-get-certified?id=amap_detail&summary_id...
Below two trainings will give you a good starting point to understand how ServiceNow works with GRC.

Dear Atulya & Anders,
Thank you for your suggestions. I have added CIS - IRM to my learning path.
I have a follow up question on how I can approach ServiceNow Opportunities once I complete the training and does the SN community have any forum where this can be discussed or reach out to.
Thanks again

Hi @subashravivarma ,
Good to hear 🙂
I do think (haven't seen) any place on the community for ServiceNow opportunities, but some random posts appear from time to time. I would instead recommend you to seek out your local job market for ServiceNow opportunities.
