CIS-HR Exam Eligibility Not Applied (No Webassessor) — Why Am I Still Being Charged?

Hi Support Team,
I earned the “Eligibility for CIS – HR” badge after completing the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementation (On Demand) course (valid for 365 days). However, when I follow the exam scheduling/registration link from Now Learning (since Webassessor is no longer used), the checkout page still shows an exam fee and asks me to pay.

Could you please help me:

1. Confirm that my CIS–HR exam eligibility is active and correctly linked to my account, and
2. Advise how I can verify that the exam should be free/covered by eligibility, and ensure the eligibility is applied during registration?

Additionally, I did not receive any voucher code—please confirm whether a code is required or if the eligibility should be applied automatically in the new exam portal.

Since end of 2025 , ServiceNow exam registrations and scheduling run through Pearson VUE, fully integrated with ServiceNow University.  if you are part of partner company , still you need to pay by Learning credits/Credit card (450$ +tax).

• You can register at any time. Once registered, you have 90 days to schedule and complete your exam. 

• Exam fees are non-refundable. Register only when you are prepared to schedule your exam.

Please note that vouchers are no longer valid for exams. For more details, kindly refer to the article below:
