CIS ITSM Cert after CSA

Hello guys,

I did my CSA 3 years ago and have been working with the platform as part of my ITSM role.

Now I want to get another ServiceNow Certificate. I am not great with coding and scripting so bit skeptical about the CAD cert.

I was thinking of going for the CIS ITSM cert. However, after some research, I am a bit confused about what tutor-led courses I should opt for as there are multiple (3 marked in yellow).

I was thinking of doing one tutor-led and the other two as on-demand to lessen the burden on my company's financial budget.

Please advise if this is the correct approach and if the CIS ITSM cert would be beneficial.

Thanks

Hi @reza1921

Greetings!!

Yes, it is good to go for CIS - ITSM now. but the point is that , in both cases it is paid,

Like if you go On demand course ( Maximum go with this only), you can do this training at your own pace and if you are working with partner company than it is free for you esle need to pay for this. You will get study material online.

If you go Instructor Led, it be start - finish on time and it is also chargeable and your company will pay this for you.

Both are good options.

@reza1921 I recommend you to opt for on demand courses as you can complete these courses at your own pace. Quality of the content in such courses is also good. It is always good to have an implementation certificate under the belt if one is pursuing ServiceNow as a career.
