CSA and CAD Exam passing criteria

I have doubt regarding both CSA and CAD exams, which says that 70% is the cutoff score for certification. But how are questions evaluated :
1.Are all 60 questions are evaluated and total score is compared with cutoff score.
2.Or all the questions are divided into six sections and a person has to score atleast 7 question in each section to get certified.

As @Dr Atul G- LNG eluted to, parsing percentage is unknown - so your question can't really be answered. The one stating that they know the parsing percentage is not stating the truth.
