CSA and CIS certificates

Hi everyone , 

any suggestions about CSA and CIS exam materials would be greatly appreciated. I/m a former ServiceNow developer but haven't worked for 4 years and need to renew my certificates.

You can login to nowlearning website and start with the on-demand administration class. Looks like it is free currently. Then there should be free quizlets if you google. You can practice that, once you finish the administration class

Now Learning Ebooks are best for the CSA and CIS exams.

To get the ebooks, you need to complete the ServiceNow training on Now Learning platform. 

Certification is 2 steps

1. Training: Yes, anyone or everyone must complete this training. Now question about fee. 

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost ( Your company already has an agreement with SN) , if not then you need to pay USD 300 plus taxes.

2. Voucher: After completing training , you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applies. Voucher cost in also costs USD 300 plus taxes.

Total $600 plus taxes if you are not working with a partner company.
