CSA certificate not visible on Now Learning-Cert Maint. fee (CMP)expired?

Hi

I passed the CSA San Diego exam in September (free voucher) and then passed the Tokyo delta exam last week ($0). My certificate is not visible on Now learning, however visible on webassesor. I see a Badge that says Program Maintenance fee is expired. I searched my name on "verify certification" and my CSA is current. Opened a case. What is the issue? is someone having a similar problem?

Hi Community members

Issue is not resolved, passed the Tokyo Delta CSA exam but the certificate is NOT visible on my profile under my certifications. I have received an email stating I have passed. My partner portal status is current and webassessor account is accurate as well. Despite opening a case and reaching out to training, my issue is still unresolved. Is anyone else having this issue. How does one escalate?
