Does anyone know when ServiceNow will offer CSA certificates for free in 2024?

Hi @Mustafeez 

No one in the community knows whether SN will offer free CSA training. As per my knowledge, there is no campaign going on currently for the same.

Hi @Mustafeez - there has been no indication if or when they will. Personally, I think it is unlikely to happen at all in 2024.

The free offer was something they did once in 2022. But since then the way they encourage training has changed, with the arrival of the Rise Up program, etc.

HI @Mustafeez 

As per process / guidelines, CSA course is USD 300 and for exam you need to pay USD 300 extra. It is not with CSA , with all CIS exam, course and exam 2 steps and for both need to pay if did not work with partner company.
