I have several topics that would capture a wide range of interests and provide valuable insights into the Now Learning platform that i will be most interesting in exploring:

1. Deep Dive into AI and Machine Learning Capabilities, Advanced Reporting and Analytics Features(with a focus on how organizations can leverage data to improve learning outcomes), Customization and Integration With Other Platforms, Mobile Learning Experiences, Security and Compliance Training, Sneak Peek into Future Developments.

A course on Database Footprint. There's hardly any official documentation on this topic and this is not seriously covered in any (paid) course out there (also not CTA or CMA).

Or an in depth course on System Administration. Also that is nowhere to be found 😞 Perhaps some courses with the term System Administration, though in reality they barely cover serious System Administration.

Being a ServiceNow Trainer, I need more details about SN architecture/ Data base / Data centers / Back up. Also more on Admin part, the Now learning is very basis and there are many other modules which dont have much deatils.
