CSA Exam fee

Hello,

I did buy the onDemand course of CSA and I was told that I dont have to pay extra for the exam when I buy the course. That is not the case now and the exam has an extra fee of 300$.

Can someone please explain it to me?

Hi @Community Alums,

As far as I know, the voucher was included in Instructor Led courses, not in on demand courses.

There may have been some promotions where the voucher was included.

If you feel this was a course where it was included, you should ask NowLearning Support to look into this.

Hi @Community Alums

Not aware when it has been started but if you work with partner company then you will get free training and got free voucher (based on your company agreement with SN) & if you are not working with partner company , you have to pay for both training and exam.

Hi there,

Indeed with On Demand, the course does NOT include a voucher for the exam. It might have for a short while, for example last year there were free vouchers for a limited time period for certain exams. Though not at this moment. I do believe for ServiceNow partners there's a free CSA voucher.

Also be aware: its $300 + TAX.

Instructor Led courses do include the exam voucher. Though obviously, the costs for those courses are way higher.

Hi @Community Alums ,

You have to pay 300 USD for course and 300 USD for voucher.

If you are working with partner company then only it will be free .
