CSA Exam Registration Stuck in Processing Loop – Unable to Schedule via Pearson VUE

Hello everyone,

I am trying to register for the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam through ServiceNow University, but the registration page gets stuck in a processing loop.

After logging in and clicking to schedule the exam, the page shows “Processing your request with Pearson VUE. Please refresh the page…”. When the page refreshes, it returns to the same screen and continues looping without allowing me to proceed.

I have already tried:

  • Different browsers

  • Different laptops

  • Clearing cache and cookies

  • Using incognito mode

  • Different internet connections

However, the issue persists. It seems the hand-off to Pearson VUE is not completing.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? How did you resolve it? Any help or guidance would be appreciated as I am trying to schedule the exam soon.

this seems strange, if you go to My Exams, what do you see there?

I recommend you to create a case from the Help Centre on the right side.

 

Explain your situation and the proper team will assist you with that. Based on what you said you have tried I don't think there's anything else you could do yourself...

Hi @RaasheedRaS ,

Have you completed Servicenow Administration Fundamental course. At the end of the course , there is a option from where you can register for exam as given in this KB article.

Try it. Hopefully you will able to register for CSA exam.
