CSA Exam Registration Stuck in Processing Loop – Unable to Schedule via Pearson VUE

Hello everyone,

I am trying to register for the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam through ServiceNow University, but the registration page gets stuck in a processing loop.

After logging in and clicking to schedule the exam, the page shows “Processing your request with Pearson VUE. Please refresh the page…”. When the page refreshes, it returns to the same screen and continues looping without allowing me to proceed.

I have already tried:

  • Different browsers

  • Different laptops

  • Clearing cache and cookies

  • Using incognito mode

  • Different internet connections

However, the issue persists. It seems the hand-off to Pearson VUE is not completing.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? How did you resolve it? Any help or guidance would be appreciated as I am trying to schedule the exam soon.

Navigate to the University > Help Centre to

Hi @GlideFather 

Firstly, I am from India & we are taught British English btw, 

Secondly that image belongs to ServiceNow Okay, So you can't Just blame of copying, Like the image was not patented for anybody , If you'd have created on your own, then definitely I could have mentioned you. 

 

On ServiceNow Community , we are inspired to Help Each other Right,  So this should not be an issue for us 🙂

I am facing the same problem. I raised a case three hours ago, but there has been no response so far.
