Hello everyone,
I am trying to register for the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam through ServiceNow University, but the registration page gets stuck in a processing loop.
After logging in and clicking to schedule the exam, the page shows “Processing your request with Pearson VUE. Please refresh the page…”. When the page refreshes, it returns to the same screen and continues looping without allowing me to proceed.

I have already tried:
Different browsers
Different laptops
Clearing cache and cookies
Using incognito mode
Different internet connections
However, the issue persists. It seems the hand-off to Pearson VUE is not completing.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? How did you resolve it? Any help or guidance would be appreciated as I am trying to schedule the exam soon.

Hi @its_SumitNow,
when you are copying someone's thoughts, what about stating the source? ServiceNow uses American English so it is "help center" but I wrote "centre" (British) and you clearly copied it from me, not from the University. Also you used my screenshot.
