I recently completed the ServiceNow Fundamentals Administration Course in ServiceNow University. After completing the course, I received a badge showing Eligibility for the CSA Voucher for the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam.
However, I am currently unable to open or access the voucher. When I go to My Achievements / My Badges, I can see the eligibility badge but there is no option to view or redeem the voucher.
Could someone please guide me on:
How long it usually takes for the CSA voucher to be issued after completing the course?
Where exactly I should access the voucher (Now Learning or Webassessor)?
If there are any additional steps required to redeem it?
I completed the course 14th March 2026, so I would like to confirm whether I need to wait for the voucher to be credited.
Thank you in advance for your help.

@Dr Atul G- LNG are you sure that SNAF comes with free exam attempt?
Registering for CSA/CIS/CAD without payment is only for instructor-led classes, on demand classes incl SNAF require payments.
@saidinesh08 eligible in this sense doesn't mean that you can register without payment it means that you are ready from the perspective of preparedness to succeed.
You can read about the legacy process - Webassessor and vouchers, both outdated:

and about the current process:

Hi @GlideFather
Sorry for confusion, I thought @saidinesh08 is coming from partner company and exam is free.
As you are doing exam at personal side so you need to pay amount plus taxes.

Hi @saidinesh08
With the new vendors, the voucher concept is no longer needed. You can now book the exam without a voucher.

Please log a case with Now Learning. Since you have already completed the training, you should not need to pay.”
