Csa voucher help

Im working in a servicenow partner company

my company is unsure about vouchers when asked 

how to get csa exam vouchers to register for csa.

if you work at a ServiceNow partner company, then they should know…  the company need to investigate with ServiceNow if they are unsure about anything.

Ensure your Now Learning account is linked to your partner company

Your manager or training admin must:

• Add your official company email to Now Learning (Partner Portal access).

This step is mandatory — if your account is not linked as a partner user, the system will ask you to pay.

Complete the required course: “System Administration Fundamentals”

Once your account is linked to the partner portal:

• The CSA prerequisite training becomes free for partner employees.
• After completing the course, you automatically unlock exam eligibility (formerly called “voucher”).

Check your Now Learning profile for exam eligibility

Instead of a voucher code, you will now see the CSA exam available under:

➡️ Now Learning → My Exams

If your account is correctly linked to a partner organization, the CSA exam should show up with no payment required.

If you still see a payment prompt, it means:

• You’re not logged in with the correct company credentials OR
• Your company has not linked your profile properly to their partner contract

Schedule the exam through Pearson VUE (no voucher needed)

ServiceNow now uses Pearson VUE, not Webassessor.
You will see the exam in your Now Learning → My Exams page and can schedule it from there for free if eligibility is unlocked.

If Eligibility Does NOT Appear

If the exam does not show up even after completing training:

1. Go to Now Learning → Help Center
2. Raise a Support Case for missing partner access or missing exam eligibility

This is very common when companies forget to add employees to the partner portal.
