CSA Voucher Info Module Not Marking as Complete (Urgent Assistance Required)

I have successfully completed all the required modules under the ServiceNow Administration Foundation (SNAF) course, including the final capstone project and the "Certified System Administrator (CSA) Voucher Info" section. I have also watched all the videos, created and linked my Webassessor account as instructed. However, the CSA Voucher Info section is not being marked as complete, and my course status remains incomplete. This is blocking me from moving forward with certification, and I’m extremely worried as I’ve done everything required. The Webassessor account had been linked successfully to the ServiceNow account. I attached the screenshots below. Please resolve the issue.

If you recently linked the webassessor email, it might take upto 24 hrs to sync. Can you check the Eligibility for CSA voucher path?

Hi @JoshikaV 

Please log a case with the Now Learning team. I assume you’ve completed all the prerequisites for the voucher, such as mapping your email or webassessor account and receiving the 'Training Completed' email."

It is still showing that the ServiceNow Administration Foundation (SNAF) course is still pending and only 99% of it is completed due to the module Certified System Administrator (CSA) Voucher Info which is not being marked as done.  Please once go through this screenshot below.

Till it's not 100% completed you will not get voucher, so complete the training and then u will get voucher.

Yes sir, it is not completed as 100%, and that is the problem. Every module has been completed except the CSA voucher info module, even though my Webassessor account had been created and linked and I even got the mail as shown in the above message.  I reviewed that module from start to end at least 3 times to check if I missed anything.
