I've completed the servicenow fundamental course which was $500 to get the voucher, it says eligible for voucher but I don't see anything under voucher tab, where I can find the voucher, plz help, I need to book my exam.

yes I did, it's been 24 hours they are not getting back, I created a case number, is there any other way where I can reach out to servicenow directly.

You need to wait only. Also keep checking your emails about voucher.
