I just tried taking the Customer Portal and Configurable Portal Widget Fundamentals course (COUR0005908). Claims to be 1 Hours 40 Minutes long. When you launch the course, it shows material about Regulated Markets. It has three modules about Regulated Markets and takes about five minutes, after which, you're 90% of the way done with the course, with just the quiz left. When you take the quiz, it asks you 10 questions about Customer Portals and Configurable Portal Widgets.
It would be nice to find the actual content of the course.
