Did'nt pass CSA exam never got my score

Hi Community,

Last Friday I did the CSA exam and got an email that i did not-pass the exam (unfortunately).

After taking the test at the test center, i never got any statistics how well I did on the display (or via email).

I only got an email that I did not pass. I want to know how well i scored so badly!

Did anyone else experience this?

The ServiceNow certification exams do not provide a score or areas of improvement, they just provide pass/fail.  Areas of domain improvement would be nice though, as I know other certifications have it.

See the below link:  Exam Results After completing and submitting the exam, a pass or fail result is immediately calculated and displayed to the candidate. More detailed results are not provided to the candidate.

Hi Ashley,

Thanks for your swift reply.

Well, that's a bummer. They should definitively improve this - I'm Just totally in the dark right now.

Not sure if it's even worth retrying if I don't know how well I did in the first place...

Jelly,

ServiceNow does not reveal scores as per their exam policy. However do not get discouraged and make a well prepared next attempt. You are 1 step closer given the experience and expertise you might have with the platform.

Feel free to drop me an email if any preparation content help needed regarding CSA exam preparation.

Thanks,

Find a following blog by a person who also failed ServiceNow exam. Believe in yourself. You're a little bit close because you now know some of the questions and what's expected. Hope you'll try again.
