Do we need to CMP fees after transferring the certifications to personal account

Hi,

       I have completed my CMP fees in my previous organizantion. I have completed my delta exams. After that i have moved to the new organization and transferred all the certifications to my personal account. Now i have received a mail that i need to pay the CMP fees by april 16th. My new organization is a customer not partner so unable to link to new organization. Can someone help me that what i need to do now.

So now it’s on your own account, which means you need to pay, mate. It’s better to log a new learning case, but in my experience, you’ll need to pay yourself.

Hi @KalyanKumarRedd 

If your new company does not offer Learning Credits (LCs) , then you have to pay the Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) fee individually via ServiceNow University (process is given in link) to avoid certification lapse.
