Hi,
I have completed my CMP fees in my previous organizantion. I have completed my delta exams. After that i have moved to the new organization and transferred all the certifications to my personal account. Now i have received a mail that i need to pay the CMP fees by april 16th. My new organization is a customer not partner so unable to link to new organization. Can someone help me that what i need to do now.

If your new company does not offer Learning Credits (LCs) , then you have to pay the Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) fee individually via ServiceNow University (process is given in link) to avoid certification lapse.

@KalyanKumarRedd - you should not have to pay the CMP twice for the same year, but it looks like there is confusion due to you changing jobs and accounts.
Open a support case through ServiceNow University and give them the details of your old and new accounts/email addresses. They will be able to resolve this for you.

Hi @Simon Hendery , I'm not able to open the support portal from the time i have changed my certifications to personal id. After logging in it is showing as below attachment and not able to select or perform any options given. Can you help me here.
