Email Deleted for Login to ServiceNow Sites

So I guess the title says it all, but just to summarize:

My contract with my company went to an end an my email was deleted, so I can not log in to my account in order to do the Delta Exams, continue with my learning path etc. What should I do now? I was looking for a ticket to raise.

You are thinking along the right lines ... the best thing to do is raise a ticket. You do this through Now Learning.

You will probably have to create a new Now Learning account to do this (if you can't get around the 2FA to access your existing account). Then, in the Now Learning portal, go to 'Help Center' and click 'Create a Case'.

Expect to wait up to a few days to get a response.

Have you transferred your certifications to your new company partner account/personal account? 

If Yes, you can take your delta exams with your new account.

Otherwise transfer them to your new account. 

It is always good thing to change your web assessor email and transfer the certifications to a personal account before leaving a company. This way we can avoid these issues.

Delta window is valid till 13th Feb 2024 and as your previous email is not working, you can raise a case to transfer your old credential to new email id.
