Exam re attempt clarificaton

Hi,

I am planning to take CSA Exam I have couple of questions. Please clarify.

Suppose if I pay $300 and take up the exam, can anyone tell me how many attempts I get to pass?

Suppose if I pay in 1st attempt do I need to pay extra amount for 2nd attempt

Hi @sunildshiva - the good news: if you fail, you are allowed up to 4 re-takes. The bad news: each re-take costs $100.

hmmmm is it 3 re-takes or 4 re-takes? I thought 3 re-takes?

Webassessor does mention this:

1 first attempt + 3 re-takes = 4 attempts I think 😅. 

@sunildshiva As Simon mentioned each individual re-take costs $100. This will be a tiny bit more though... TAX will be added!
If you might fail for the 3 re-takes, you do have to obtain a new voucher. That you can do by following the course over again.

I apologise @sunildshiva - @Mark Roethof is correct: 3 re-takes not 4. And yes, there's always tax!

Hi @sunildshiva 

It's depends,  if you are working with Partner organizations then as per contract of your org and ServiceNow,  you may get 1st retake as free but again it depends on contract.

If you are paying by self then all retake are paid $100 and taxes.
