Hello friends,
My company is Premier SeriveNow partner and I have my partner account on ow Learning. Recently I have resigned and will be leaving next month.
My Now Learning account has all trainings and certifications. I want to move them to my personnel account. I have already changed the web accessor email ID to my personnel email. Web Accessor login username is not editable and it is my company email id.
Please let me know the process to move all my trainings and certifications to personnel now learning account.
Thank you;

Hi @Asmita7
Create a case in nowlearning saying that you want to transfer those certifications to your personal account.
And they will do it for you.

Hi @Asmita7
2 things here
1st when you join new company, ask them to add your new email id to partner portal.
2. Once it done, I will then log a case via new email and ask now learning team to transfer the certs, vouchers to new email from old email.
3 for web assessor, you may contact to web assessor chat.
