Facing Issue at the time of Payment for CMP exam

I'm having trouble making a payment for the certification. Every time I try, I encounter the following issue: We are unable to take payment at this time. Please try again, or use a different payment method.

Please refer to the screenshot attached below.

Additionally, the only payment option available is credit card; no other options are showing. Can anyone assist me with this? It's been quite some time I am trying but no luck; even tried with different card but issue still exists.

Sorry you are facing this issue. Have a look at the help center  , create a case  and ServiceNow Support can help resolve it.

Hi @diptishade2 

Can you try now to make the payment using credit card only? If it fails, please log a “learning” case.
